Born to Coach

I started my coaching career in college at Mount St. Mary's University. In 2006, I started the first ever club lacrosse team in the NCLL at the Mount while also playing on the ACHA Ice Hockey team. We only needed a faculty sponsor and could not find a suitable coach, so naturally I stepped in as a player coach channeling my inner Reggie Dunlop. 

A year after graduating, I joined the coaching staff of the Ice Hockey team for two seasons from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, I was offered a position to start the first NCLL team at Stevenson University and would go on to coach the team until 2017. I then passed the team on to my assistant, as I was asked if I would start and build an ACHA Hockey program at Stevenson. 

From 2017 to 2024 I built the Stevenson University ACHA Hockey program from one team with ten players to two teams with over forty players. During that time I had been growing professionally as well. I had moved from a Sr. Analyst to a Sr. Director in IT. 

The Key To My Success?

Over the years I have found that my true passion in life is helping people grow and achieve their dreams. Whether it's on the turf, the ice, professionally or personally, I find that helping people become the best version of themselves is extremely fulfilling!
